Apple faces trademark infringement case anymore. Providers of internet protocol-based voice services, iCloud Communications, sued the use of the name iCloud on Apple's file sharing services.
iCloud Communications alleges use of the name iCloud on Apple's new service can be confusing to consumers. Moreover, the service has a resemblance to the products they offered. Companies based in Arizona that offers IP-based voice service (VoIP).
Like Apple, they have the same service using a centralized server. Communications iCloud party claimed to have used iCloud brand since 2005. The problem, Apple's service is faster iCloud publicly known because the company led by Steve Jobs is doing a vigorous campaign. In effect, the public will be more familiar with iCloud as Apple products
